Home › Toolset Professional Support › [Resolved] I get upgrade message even after upgrading plugin
Problem:
The issue here is that the user is getting a registration message for their View plugin even though their plugins are registered.
Solution:
I checked on our system ticket for this issue and it seems that this is fixed.

I am trying to: Update Toolset Views
I expected to see: No warning message
Instead, I got: I was able to upgrade Toolset Views via Plugins, Add New, Commercial. however the notice continues to show "You must have a valid subscription..." (see screen shot).
Hi James,
This is strange as the error is only occurring on this plugin only.
Could you deactivate it and re-activate it and let me know if the issue still remains.
Thanks,
Shane
Hi. Deactivating and reactivating does not resolve the issue. Thanks.
Hi James,
Possibly re-registering the site would cause it to go away. Its might be possible that views isn't picking up the registration information.
Could you remove the site key and then re-add it and let me know if this works.
Thanks,
Shane
Hello,
I unregistered toolset and re-registered with the same key. Didn’t change anything.
Thanks.
James.
Hi James,
Our team has identified the issue and should be working to fix it.
The plugin should continue to work as normal.
Thanks,
Shane
Are you able to provide a time frame for a fix? Thanks.
Hi James,
I see on our system that this is fixed but I can't give an exact timeframe.
Thanks,
Shane
