I have just bought and downloaded your plugin and I have followed the instructions to create my first product template, but the template never opens. After a while I get a 503 message.
Since this is a development site I have a password protection for the public files folder. Tell me if you need to access the site.
After posting this question I tried to inactivate the toolset plugins, and directly the site crashed with this message. Some kind of conflict?

EDITED again: after inactivating and the reactivating all plugins and then removing a code snippet in my child theme's functions.php (that removed the right column in woocommerce, I have the site up and running again. But still the same problem. I cannot edit the product template. After a while i get this 503 message.

Hi Tommy
That's an unexpected issue, it appears to be something particular to your site.
Before going any further, can I ask you to add your debug info in your next reply (hidden link).
And can you check whether the problem may arise because of a conflict with some other plugin or your theme?
Disable all plugins except Toolset, and make sure you are not running any custom code (switch theme to twentytwentyone or another standard WordPress theme).
Then try editing the template again.
If the problem no longer appears then you should be able to determine the source of any conflict that triggers the problem by a process of elimination.
If the problem persists we'll need a copy of your site so that we can investigate further, but before asking for that let's see how you get on with the above.
Hello
I did as you said. I have inactivated all plugins AND switched the theme. I then tried to activate woocommerce and then the Toolset plugins and got this (maybe because I turned toolset on before woocommerce?):
Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function WooViews\Templates\is_shop() in /home/nordtecd/stage.nordtec.dev/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-views/application/Templates/Loader.php:97 Stack trace: #0 /home/nordtecd/stage.nordtec.dev/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-views/application/Templates/Loader.php(58): WooViews\Templates\Loader->is_product_archive() #1 /home/nordtecd/stage.nordtec.dev/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(307): WooViews\Templates\Loader->override('') #2 /home/nordtecd/stage.nordtec.dev/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(331): WP_Hook->apply_filters(NULL, Array) #3 /home/nordtecd/stage.nordtec.dev/wp-includes/plugin.php(474): WP_Hook->do_action(Array) #4 /home/nordtecd/stage.nordtec.dev/wp-includes/template-loader.php(13): do_action('template_redire...') #5 /home/nordtecd/stage.nordtec.dev/wp-blog-header.php(19): require_once('/home/nordtecd/...') #6 /home/nordtecd/stage.nordtec.dev/index.php(17): require('/home/nordtecd/...') #7 {main} thrown in /home/nordtecd/stage.nordtec.dev/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-views/application/Templates/Loader.php on line 97
Hi Tommy,
Would you mind allowing me to have admin access to the website so that I can have a more detailed look at this for you ?
Please where applicable please provide me with a link to an example page where I can see the issue.
I've enabled the private fields for your next response.
I may also need to grab a copy of the site as well so that I can perform some additional debug steps.
Thanks,
Shane
Hi Tommy,
I will be logging in now to look at the site as well as to grab the site copy.
Please let me know when you've acknowledged this.
Thanks,
Shane
OK, it's fine. Go ahead.

Hi Tommy,
I grabbed a copy of the site and enabled the Toolset Blocks and Types plugin.
From there I went to Toolset -> Content templates and clicked on the content template that was there.
I was able to get to the edit the content template without any issues at all.
Can you confirm if this is the correct steps to replicate the issue.
Thanks,
Shane
I just did the same. I can't for my life understand what has happened. Now it works.
Yesterday all I got was 503 messages. Maybe cron has run during the night and fiexed something...
OK, I will get back to you if the problems starts again.
Thanks for your patience.
Hi Tommy,
Can you confirm if the issue has recurred?
Thanks,
Shane
Still don't know though what was the problem as the error suddenly didn't appear anymore.
