I continue to see deleted filter options

This support ticket is created 6 years ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to:
- completely delete from my view filter options. Mu custom field Province had some US provinces as options. I deleted them from the custom field as well from related custom posts. But I still can see deleted province as filter options. The website cache was cleared multiple times. Other plugins deactivated. I was using another WP theme, so the issue remains the same

Hi, please try recreating this filter by editing the View. First, make sure the Query Filter panel is visible, as well as the Search and Pagination panel. If you cannot see either panel, scroll to the top right corner and click "Screen Options" to activate both panels. Next, find the Query Filter that corresponds to the provinces field and delete it. Then, scroll down to the Search and Pagination panel and delete the corresponding filter control shortcode. Save the View and refresh the page in wp-admin.

Now scroll back down to the Search and Pagination panel and recreate the Province filter control. The Query Filter will be automatically updated, so you shouldn't need to make any changes in the Query Filter.

Test again. If the filter options are still visible, I'll need to take a closer look. The page currently displays a 403 error for me, so I think I'll need login credentials of some kind. I will activate private fields here.
