Tell us what you are trying to do? To design custom search page and arrange the layout and the look

Is there any documentation that you are following?

Is there a similar example that we can see?

What is the link to your site?

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

With every filter, you will find the drag icon as shown with the following video, you should select the drag icon and drag your filter to your desired grid column: hidden link

Thanks Minesh,
However, I couldn't get the drag and drop control now. I used this control before but now I couldn't. I am using WordPress 5.6 release.

That is really strange. Can you please make sure you are using latest WordPress and Toolset plugins.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
You can download the latest plugin release from your accounts page:
=> https://toolset.com/account/downloads/

If the issue still persists:
1)
Could you please try to resolve your issue by deactivating all third-party plugins as well as the default theme to check for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes? - Do you see any difference?

2)
At last please share problem URL and admin access details.
*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin ) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

Thank you Minesh,
Yeah it is strange, however I have deactivated some the plugins added and change my theme to the original theme. Now the drag and drop works now.

How can I customize when I change themes or add plugins? how would I know the compatibility?

I remember that something needs to be added to your theme so that the drag/drop icon should work.

I suggest you should contact your theme author and show them this issue so they should fix it.

I am using the DiVi theme, building my page from scratch. if I get support from you on the drag and drop case of the controls in toolset would be nice. In any case thank you for your efforts

As you shared your screenshot: https://toolset.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/03/1988737-issue_toolset.png
- I can see up/down icon at top admin bar in middle of the bar but I'm not sure what hides the drag/drop icon and even as you acknowledged that everything back to normal when you switch to default theme.

I suspect this is from theme but to ensure can you please share problem URL where you added your view as well as access details.
