I am trying to: upgrade my plugin

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:

I expected to see:

Instead, I got: a request to register.

When I type in my key from my dashboard, the plugin says the key is invalid.

Is it possible that this is because I've not switched the site from sologiq.com to hidden link If so, how can I update the site I've authorized?

By the way, I have not provided FTP access. If you need that, I will create an account for you.

Thanks,
Heather

Dear Heather,

You are using "Basic" Toolset account, so there is only one site licence in your account:
https://toolset.com/buy/

"sologiq.com" and "www.sologiq.com" are different URLs, I suggest you regenerate the site key with the new site URL"www.sologiq.com", and test again.

Thank you so much! That was easy and it is now working perfectly.
