I can't install the theme

This support ticket is created 6 years, 9 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Please let me know which theme do you use? if it's a paid theme, please share a download link to this theme in the next private reply.

Hi Mark,

I see that DIVI, TYpes, and Layouts are active on your website.

I activated Twenty Fifteen theme and activated DIVI again without any issues?

Maybe I'm missing something? please guide me if any.
