I tried to upload a toolset on my site but it shows that the link you followed has expired. Could you please help me with this?

I am not sure I follow. To upload a plugin manually to any WordPress install, you would head to the WordPress Dashboard > Plugins > Add new and then choose to upload a new plugin.
From the prompt select the plugin on your computer (usually a ZIP File) and upload it so to install, and activate it.

You can download Toolset Plugins from here https://toolset.com/account/downloads/ to start with.

However, with Toolset, you would only need to install Types, and then register the site, so you can download all the plugins directly from the Plugins area to your site.
This is explained here https://toolset.com/faq/how-to-install-and-register-toolset/
