I can't insert View in my post

This support ticket is created 5 years, 1 month ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

I try to insert View in post,But it turns gray ,I can't insert like tutorial

Hello, have you created any Views yet? If not, please create at least one View. If you have already created a View, please try these troubleshooting steps:
- Temporarily deactivate all plugins except Types and Views, then activate a default theme like Twenty Nineteen.
- Test again. If the problem is resolved, please reactivate your theme and other plugins one by one until the problem returns.
- If he problem is not resolved, please include your site's debug information in your next reply so I can take a look at your configurations. We have instructions for providing your site's debug information here: https://toolset.com/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/
