I am trying to: edit the URL in a new post/product or edit it in visual mode

I visited this URL: it's all in the back-end of hidden link

I expected to see: be able to edit the URL in a new post/product or edit it in visual mode and

Instead, I got: nothing happens, I can't click into it at all. A developer has said it seems to be a separate JS issue - something to do with the "Types" toolset plugin. But can't work out the fix! I can't add/edit any blog posts or products unless I was to code it all, as I can't view in visual mode (I'm not a developer so can't code ;).

Dear Cassie,

I checked the Debug information you provided, you are using the latest Types plugin 2.2.9 and other plugins, in the screenshot you mentioned above, there is a JS error, which might be a compatibility problem between Types plugin and other plugin in your website, I suggest you check this:
1) deactivate other plugins and switch to wordpress default theme, and test again
2) If the JS error is fixed, activate other plugins one by one, locate the problem plugins/theme

Thank you so much for your help! My developer actually worked out the issue - a setting in my web hosting was breaking some JavaScript but all good now, thank you though!
