[Resolved] I cannot purchase license after cancelation

This support ticket is created 3 years, 10 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hi!

I have purchased a license, but then I have realized that 30% WPML discount was not applied. So I cancelled the purchase and decided to do another one with the discount. But I cannot purchase it as the system thinks I already have a license.

Could you please help me ASAP?

There can handle the account and finance issues quickly, don't need to worry about the discount problem, you will get the discount if it is available in your WPML/Toolset account.
