In the documents I shared, there is one that mentioned this limitation:
https://toolset.com/documentation/recommended-themes/toolset-divi-integration/create-templates-for-custom-post-types-with-divi-builder-and-toolset/
Toolset will very soon allow you to design WooCommerce single Product pages and the main Shop page. We are polishing the last things regarding this integration and will release it with the next version of the Toolset Views plugin.
Unfortunately you cannot do this right now.
I did not know that you also designed WooCommerce templates.
Right now you need to rely on DIVI's design here.
I have not yet done any design with Toolset for the products (shop) page. This page was already created before installing Toolset.
When I had active 'Toolset Layouts' it was being viewed correctly.
I think this is a different problem to what you say.
Could you look at it on my site?
Thanks for your help.
It seems you edited the Shop page with the Visual builder.
This issue is easily replicable, but also without any Toolset at all.
If you install DIVI and edit the page with the builder the shop will not display the products, and I assume you would have to re-add them with the ShortCodes WooCommerce provides for it.
This issue is not related to Toolset.
What you can do is await our work where it will be possible to use Toolset also with WooCommerce and DIVI.
But if there is a DIVI shop module on the page and this worked fine before disabling 'Toolset Layouts'.
How can you tell me that this is not related to Toolset?
Have you entered my dashboard?
Have you seen that page?

It has no rationale for it not being rendered with DIVI.
This is a Toolset problem.
Note: In fact, if I disable all the Toolset plugins the page is rendered correctly.
Any solution for this serious problem?
I have been able to verify that if I disconnect your plugin 'Tooset WooCommerce Views' the 'shop' page and the pages of each product are shown correctly.
Please, can you tell me what is happening and if it can be solved in any way?
Thanks for your help.
1. DIVI, Toolset and WooCommerce does not work well as for now, as I elaborated.
We are working on this (Releases are around the corner).
2. Layouts will not be recommended. I see you removed it already. Good.
3. On my Local install I see no issues. I tested this throughly.
The difference to your Site:
- the amount of Plugins
- I use the native original DIVI Theme.
Somewhere in there the error is hidden.
I need a package of your site so to deploy that locally and take it apart piece by piece until we find the culprit.
Locally, when I enable Toolset (unless Layout) and DIVI, I can perfectly fine see the Shop when I include a Shop cell with DIVI builder and view the Shop.
It does locally not matter what Plugins I activate, as long in Toolset > WooCommerce the WooCommerce Templates are called.
I need to analyze your site locally.
Can you send me such a Snapshot?
This way we do not affect your live site and I can run a Debug Software.

Thank you!
No, that is a Child Theme.
The native original Theme is next to it in the list.
Eventually it can be downloaded as such from elegant Themes, but we provide integration with one only:
DIVI
(not child or other versions, although we always will be willing to cooperate on compatibility tasks!)
Backup Buddy is a paid plugin, I do not have it.
How do I deploy those packages?
As I mentioned you can install Duplicator on my site and make the backup. I have never used it, so it is convenient that you make the backup because you are sure to do it with the most correct options.
Thanks for your help.
Duplicator generated a package of several Gigabytes.
I could not use that.
So I downloaded the Themes and Plugins, and got the Database with Duplicator.
I deployed this locally.
But one cannot log in. It keeps warning about "Las cookies se han bloqueado debido a un resultado no esperado" and redirects to the login.php
The wp-admin is inaccessible and it displays
Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at ...wp-content/themes/sendasoft/functions.php:108) in /Applications/MAMP/htdocs/test/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1210
I am not sure what the problem is. Do you have any Software in place that blocks somehow the log in or controls it?
I also receive a large error list from plugins/goodbye-captcha
I doubt I can replicate your site with the Database - if you connected to some services that control your login
I cannot replicate the named issue so far.
I need as method to test that this is happening only with your Child theme and eventually with some other Plugin involved, and then we can solve this.
Is it possible for you to set up a narrowed down copy of your site that we can use for a duplication?
It should not include software that obstaculate the local reproduction.
I removed the named Plugin, and also in the sendasoft theme there was a closing "?>" tag in the functions.php file.
That produced an "headers sent already" problem.
I was now able to rebuild the site locally.
I deactivated all Plugins but Toolset and WooCommerce, as well I used the original DIVI theme from ElgantThemes download area.
For now, DIVI does not work with the WooCommerce Plugin well, when you also use Toolset (means, it works, but the design is not working well and there are issues we are working on)
If you plan to style WooCommerce Products with Content Templates, you need WooCommerce Views.
If you do not plan to do that, you do not need WooCommerce Views.
Something is wrong thou on the site.
On a clean DIVI install with WooCommerce and Toolset the Shop Page is recognized as an archive.
Not so on your site.
And that seems to be the problem. I need more time to investigate this, as it is not replicable locally with a Clean install, but might depend on several steps to take so to reach the problem.
I will update you here adequately on the process, for now the only fast fix I see is to not use the WooCommerce Views Plugin - if that is possible for you, until I have a solution.
The DIVI page builder changes the Archive (shop) to be a page.
WooCommerce expects a Archive.-
Toolset as well.
The only solution right now is to disable the Page Builder on the shop page.
Then you could style the Shop with a WordPress Archive and add a loop there, that even holds Content Templates styled with the DIVI page builder.
This is how it is intended to work. But there are issues, also this problem here, it should not be possible to break the setup with a few easy clicks.
I reported this to be controlled and reviewed.
For now, either disable the WooCommerce Views Plugin or the DIVI builder on the Shop page.
Beda. Thanks for your efforts.
At the moment I have disabled your 'Toolset WooCommerce Views' plugin.
I have seen in your blog that the new version 2.7.5 of Toolset WooCommerce Views is already available, but in my dashboard I still do not see it so I can update it. This is normal?
How can I install this new version?
This new version solves the problem I have with the shop page of woocommerce?
Finally I was able to install the latest version of 'Toolset wooCommerce Views' (2.7.5) and I have been able to verify that it does not solve the problem I have with the woocommerce shop page.
We did not release a Fix for this problem.
We are still working on this.
I will update you.
Ok Beda. I await your news.
