Hey,
Can you please help me here. I was able to resolve the query above by myself however, the Access Post Group is not working. When I restrict the page access to certain group of roles, I am still able to access those pages.
Can someone please help resolve me this issue.

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

Can you please share information about the page and user that you used for this testing that failed to restrict based on the access group?

Important: For future reference, please do not include the website's access details in the message area and only use the dedicated section in the bottom for this.

regards,
Waqar

Hi Waqar,

All the users who register to my website for the first time are all Subscribers and currently they have ability to add a blog post which I was restricting using toolset access.

The user I was using was Username: amxing@yopmail.com, Pswd: amxing@yopmail.com
The page I want hidden from my subscribers is "Add a Blog"
hidden link

Were you able to provide an update for me ?

#1816253

Hi,

Thank you for sharing these details and I've noticed that you've added the "Add a Blog" page into a post group named "Restrict Subscribers".

When I log in using the subscriber login details that you've shared, I'm not able to access this page and it shows 404 not found message.

Looks like you've managed to get this to work after writing to us, but please let me know in case the issue still persists.

regards,
Waqar
