I am trying to:
create a new WordPress archive

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:
hidden link
toolset wordpress archives

I expected to see:
See first image below

Instead, I got: an error message:
"You attempted to edit a WordPress Archive that doesn’t exist. Perhaps it was deleted?" and if I do try to edit, I get the screen as shown in image 2.

Hi Morgan,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

I noticed a WordPress Archive view named "Events" already exists as a trashed item.

Can you permanently delete it and then try to create a new one?

Let me know how it goes.

regards,
Waqar

Same result. Error message- "You attempted to edit a WordPress Archive that doesn’t exist. Perhaps it was deleted?" and if I do try to edit, I get the screen as shown in image 2.

Sorry to learn that the issue still persists.

I couldn't reproduce this behavior on my test website, so it seems something specific to your website.

Do I have your permission to create and download its clone/snapshot?
( the "Duplicator Pro" plugin is already installed )

This will allow me to investigate this in more detail on my own server, without affecting the actual website.

yes, you should have the link to the backup, I can resend it if needed.

Thank you for the duplicator package and sorry I missed that you've already shared it.

During troubleshooting on your website's clone, I noticed that some of the settings for the default editor needed to be updated.

I was able to fix it, by following these steps:

1. Updated Toolset Views to the latest 3.1.1 version.

2. Next, I went to WP Admin -> Toolset -> Settings -> General and selected "Classic Editor" for the setting "Editor to use for WordPress Archives".

After that, I was able to create new WordPress Archives correctly.

I hope this helps and please let me know how it goes.
