'toolset' promotes the website without coding, but does it mean that the background image checked by red circle in 'edit visual editor cell' as shown in the attached picture can be created without coding? If possible, how can I make it in the edit visual editor cell?

Hi there

Layouts is a deprecated plugin, only maintained for existing sites that use it.

As a new user, please avoid using it.

I suggest you disable and delete the Layouts plugin.

As a minimum you are likely to want to have the Types and Blocks plugins installed. I suggest you only add other plugins when you need their functionality (e.g. Toolset Forms for publishing content from the front end).

Please refer to the Getting Started documentation which will guide you in using blocks to create your content: https://toolset.com/documentation/getting-started-with-toolset/

If you need help with something specific, please let me know.
