First of all, please read this:
https://toolset.com/documentation/user-guides/layouts-theme-integration/

We will discontinue the official development on the integration Plugins, and suggest a Layouts/Theme only approach.
Of course, we will solve issues but not add new features or make changes to our integrations that are available right now.

Related to the AVADA content Row, as its name suggests, is for the content.
This is our DOC for the AVADA integration:
https://toolset.com/documentation/user-guides/toolset-avada-integration-old/designing-templates-avada-using-toolset/
https://toolset.com/documentation/recommended-themes/toolset-avada-integration/

I think you should be able to choose a Full-Width Row, and ad some classes as used by AVADA to have the same styles applied.

In case you have more issues, I would consider to wait for the full integration with Layouts/AVADA as by then, you will not anymore design the Template but only the Content with Layouts, and that is much simpler.

They removed it, I do apologise this.

It is the OLD DOC for the integration plugin, and they are obsoleted with the upcoming release, as mentioned.

Now, I can send you the DOC in a PDF format to your Email, but as said, I would rather recommend using the new integration being released next week (ETA):
https://toolset.com/documentation/recommended-themes/toolset-avada-integration/

If you wish to see the old Doc (but as mentioned, that will not be further developed), I can send it to your Email.
Please let me know.
