I am trying to: register as a contractor, following the email I've received from Toolset

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: (user account)

I expected to see: a “Contractor account setup” link

Instead, I got: no such link

So, you got the email but it comes without a link? Or the link brings to a 404 error page? If so, could you send us that link?

I've enabled the private field, please copy and paste content of the email ( no need to provide the WP credentials for now, you can fill it with dummy content).

Well - sorry about that but there was some issue that is why you were not able to see links that you can use to become contractor under section "Business Opportunities" within your accounts page.

We fixed this issue and can you confirm now you able to see "Toolset Contractors Club" section and feel free to resolve this ticket 🙂

thanks, I've managed to access and fill my Contractor's profile, now - I've noticed that my showcase items are still pending, after some time now (and meanwhile, I've added another one).
Is it normal to take this long?

Well - you should not worry about showcase items. We have a long list of showcase items submitted by users on daily basis. It may take some time but concern person will get in touch with you if there is anything missing. It's still under review.

Do not worry about that, it will be published as soon as possible. 🙂
