[Resolved] How to override default Woocommerce sorting of custom product archive

I want to let you know about another finding on this issue. The archive does not sort by custom field only when a second order is specified. So, If you deactivate the secondary order, you won't need to apply the custom code workaround. Check this screenshot hidden link

If you need to have a secondary sorting, you will need to implement the custom code. However, you won't be able to sort by another custom field. You can only use the default fields for the secondary sorting.

Thanks Jamal. The secondary sorting is not critical in this case, so I removed it and the archive is working fine.
