I'm trying to login as a user to see what they see in their account. (This is for customers who are not able to screen grab or have difficulty explaining their problem.)

I tried using hidden link, but I realized that Toolset has a different login.

Is there any way to create something in the back end for this?

Thanks!

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

We do not offer any login function from backend but we only offer the login form. Please check the following Doc:

If your requirement is login from backend just like the feature that is offered by plugin "login-as-user-wordpress-plugin" there is no such feature offered by Toolset. In such a case, you will require to use such custom plugin like "login-as-user-wordpress-plugin".

Seemed to be a cache issue. It works now.

My issue is resolved now. Thank you!
