Tell us what you are trying to do?
I'm creating a View using Toolset Blocks. I want to make snippets of posts including a title and background image. I want the entire container to be clickable. Is this possible?

Is there a similar example that we can see?
On a previous site, I built similar functionality using the old Toolset views with hand-coded html. See hidden link

What is the link to your site?

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

This is known feature to us and already reported in front of our Devs but there is no ETA on it when this feature will be added to our plugins due to Devs pre-defined priority work and other tasks.

For now, as a workaround - I can give you JS workaround but I need problem URL and access details to implement that JS workaround.

I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

Yes - if you convert the block to HTML, you will require to replace the shortcodes with your actual content that displays the field values that would be another workaround.

I already raised your voice to our internal feature request ticket.
