Hi FuChan,

Thank you for contacting our support forum.

Could you send me the permissions of the custom role that you want to restrict? New roles shouldn't have access to the backend. Also when the user access the backend are they able to see the settings etc?

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Shane,

I have a custom role "Association" is copied by "author" permissions.

I have tried cancel checkbox all permissions item. And the result is wp-admin interface is Permission denied. But frontend form is also Permission denied.

I record the video:
hidden link

I hope the result is wp-admin interface is Permission denied, But frontend form is can use.

thank you.

Hi Fuchan,

What you can do is to disable the permissions as you did and allow the permissions on the form itself.

If you go to the Forms tab in access you should be able to provide the user with access to the form.

Thanks,
Shane
