We are adding a custom field of the type "checkboxes" for a list of countries. So as you can imagine, it would take a long time to add each country via the point and click interface.

Is there's a quick way we can import our countries list?

If not, would it be safe to do something like:
1. Create the countries checkboxes field and add one country to it
2. Edit the serialized "wpcf-fields" data in "wp_options" to add all the rest of the countries

Hi Leah,

Thank you for contacting our support forum.

Your second suggestion should work if you were to manually add the data through the database.

This should cause all the options to appear.

Thanks,
Shane
