1) So everytime, I share links here, is it private between toolset support and me? OR toolset support and all paid customers?
==>
If you want to share any private content, just ask supporter to set next reply private and we as a supporter will set the next reply private and that private reply will be visible to you and supporter not to other customers.

2) Over the weekend, I have concluded that there can be a different and better workflow in order to achieve this with toolset. Do you mind me doing a screen recording and posting it in this ticket or should I create another ticket from where you can pick up? It would be great if the new ticket is picked by you so I won't have to explain everything to the new staff. And, also I should appreciate you did great job in assisting on this ticket. Thanks.
==>
You should mention my name in the ticket that you want me as supporter and the I'll be happy to take the ticket or someone else will pass me the ticket. I know where we are so there is no recording required as of now.

Glad that you appreciate the work. You are welcome to pass your feedback when you mark resolve this ticket.

Well, I think there is some misunderstanding regarding the first point.

I am not talking about private content. I am talking about the links.

When I open this ticket in incognito mode, I see the links as "hidden links". Screenshot attached.

My question is that who can see that test website link I posted in the above replies? Me, toolset support and other customers or general public?

Sure, I will create a new ticket and rate this one.

Yes, but if the links are shared in private reply then whatever content or links are shared it will be private between you and supporter.

Please answer by covering the following parameters.
1) Me - Yes
2) Toolset support - Yes
3) Other toolset customers like me - No
4) General public - No

But if you see any exception, you can get in touch with support and ask them to hide those links.

The general public will see the links which starts using @.

For example: http://www.abcd.com - this link will be public and visible to all.
