[Resolved] How to convert custom post types from third-party plugins into custom post types

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:

The issue here is that the user wanted to know if they can use Types to control 3rd party plugins CPT's

Solution:

What you need to do is to recreate the same CPT in Types, using the same slug. However you may need to disable the plugin that created the CPT first because you will get a duplicate slug error.

Hi Alejandro,

Thank you for contacting our support forum.

What you need to do is to recreate the same CPT in Types, using the same slug. However you may need to disable the plugin that created the CPT first because you will get a duplicate slug error.

Thanks,
