how to add button inside view loop

so the above mention method will fetch all values from db and only set 1 option which i manually define?
if not please let me know how to achieve that?

Sorry, I don't completely understand what you mean by "fetch all values from db". Let me try to clarify. A radio button custom field can have several options with different values, and the User can only select one option. Each option and its value must be defined in wp-admin when you create the custom field. It is not possible to create a custom field that includes dynamic options based on other values in the database.
