Trying to hide the wp-admin page for regular users, is that possible easily in toolset?

The admin bar at the top needs to be hidden for users too. I am not seeing anything in the documentation, maybe I am overlooking something.

I see other plugins and custom code solutions to do this but is that the best way?

Thank you so much!

I found third party plugins to do this and found it's what you recommend. I think it would be nice if there was an easy toggle to do this in Access, so some level of admins could see the dashboard easily.
