Homepage View Stopped Displaying

This support ticket is created 6 years ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hi - I was working on the view for hidden link and at some point, the view stopped displaying entirely and I don't know what caused it to disappear.

Hi - I was unable to determine why the view stopped displaying so I restored a backup version of the site to a point when I knew the view was visible.

Please disregard this ticket.

Could you please elaborate a little more on this issue, so I can better understand? E.g. What is the content of View, steps you've tried, after which step it stopped working, etc.

Sometimes screenshots illustrating what you mean may go a long way to clarify what words fail to transmit, so if you like, make use of “upload an image” below the comment area.

Please also enable the PHP error log, see instructions here: https://toolset.com/documentation/programmer-reference/debugging-sites-built-with-toolset/#php-debugging - It will display more details about the error. After that, please go to the page with the view to reproduce the issue, then send us the content of the error_log file.
