home page woocommerce default hooks are not triggered

Hi!
I use an "Added to Card Popup" plugin (KoalaApps) and the popup shows on a product page but doesn't work on the home page (shop page).
I have contacted KoalaApps technical support and they tell me that on the home page woocommerce default hooks are not triggered.
I think it's because I use Toolset, because without Toolset and with a template like Storefront it doesn't happen...
Can you help me?

What if you disable the Toolset plugins and then check - do you see the default Wocommerce hooks are triggered?

What plugin stack you are using?
