Hello Tim,

I’m Mohammed: the Toolset support team leader. I’ll give my best to help you.

I've installed Types Beta, Views Beta , Layouts Beta versions and I'm able to see the relationship menu item.

Can you please check the following:
--Disable all non-Toolset plugins and activate a default WordPress theme(Twentyseventeen) and test the issue
--Change the admin language to English and test again
--Check PHP version and make sure that it's 7.0+

If the previous didn't help, I would like to check your website myself. for that, you will need to provide my the access credentials to your admin dashboard.
I will set the next reply as a private on in case you wanted to provide the acess details.

Note: Private reply means that only me and you will be able to access it.

I'm waiting for your reply.

Thanks.

Hi Tim,

Actually, this is a conflict between Types and the other Toolset plugins like Views and Layouts.
Let me explain what heppens here. Toolset plugins are connected together are share a lot of code in the (Toolset common) library.

The many to many relationships project was a long term project and we still are working on it while there are another development in the other projects.
the relationship menu item is only in Types now and the developers are working on unifying the Toolset common library in all the Toolset plugins.

So, for now, you can deactivate Views and Layouts to see the relationships menu item until we fix this issue.

Thank yo for your understanding.

HI Tiim,

FYI, It's mentioned in this blog post: https://toolset.com/2017/09/first-beta-of-types-2-3-with-post-relationship/
That you need to test the Types beta version on a clean installation without any other plugins installed.

Thanks.
