Hello and thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Can you please paste your Toolset Debug information in the Debug information field? This way we'll know the current versions activated on your website.

I assume that you are trying to update from the Toolset Installer at Plugins->Add New->Commercial(tab), right?

Please activate PHP debugging and perform the update to see what errors are generated by the update.

Yes, I would like to get access to the backend as an admin user. Your next reply will be private to let you share credentials safely. ** Make a database backup before sharing credentials. **

Please let me know if I can take a copy of your website using Duplicator or All In One Migration.

The provided credentials are not working for me. I, also, can't recover the password because it is not my real email (jamal.b(at)onthegosystems.com)

Please update your last reply or add credentials to your next one.

I encountered the same issue while trying to install Toolset Types.

I am currently unable to access the admin area hidden link Please provide me FTP access to recover the website.

I will also activate PHP debugging and check what kind of errors are generated by the installation process.

Sorry, but the provided FTP credentials are not clear, what is the username and what is the password. I tried different combinations to no avail. Can you double-check the FTP credentials and update them either in your last reply or in the next one.

Thank you, I used cPanel File Manager to activate PHP debugging. It turns out that the error is related to memory, WordPress has reached the memory limit. Check this screenshot hidden link

If you go to Toolset->Site Health->Info(tab), you will notice that you have currently 40M as a memory limit. hidden link
Toolset requires at least 128M. Check the requirements here https://toolset.com/toolset-requirements/

I increased memory to 128M in the wp-config.php file and I was able to install Toolset without issues. https://wordpress.org/support/article/editing-wp-config-php/#increasing-memory-allocated-to-php

I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any questions.

I logged in to your website and I found out that you have successfully installed the Toolset Maps plugin.

I have also checked that you have registered the website and that you can install Toolset plugins, in Plugins->Add New->Commercial(tab) with a simple click instead of manually uploading each one of the plugins.

However, for support rules, we are able to handle only one issue at a time. This helps us to bring you a better service and also helps other users to find all the information here exposed. For that reason, I have created another ticket about your previous reply and I'll try my best there to help you build the map.
If you believe that the original request of this ticket(installing Toolset plugin) has been handled, I have to kindly ask you to mark this ticket as closed and open a new ticket for any other question or issue.
