Help with toolset messaging system.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am creating an chat-box functionality in my website with the help of toolset messaging system. Things are working fine , the users are able to message other users and can see that in the outbox view. But the problem is that when they click on the message they see a detail conversation of all the users involved. Suppose A messaged B and C also messaged B , then in the detail view of B messages contain all the conversation between the three rather the the conversation of A and B , B and C separately. How can I do this?

Hi Trace,

Thank you for getting in touch. I believe this is a case where you may need to add an Author filter to the view that is listing out the messages and set the filter to display the posts of the current logged in user. See Screenshot

This should eliminate the posts from author authors being displayed.
