Help with site key

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

We have a site that has a dev site, a test site and a live site. The issue we are facing right now is that our 1 license wasn't enough, so we purchased the unlimited license. How do we update the site key now?

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

You can use the link 'Unregister Toolset from this site', at WP Admin -> Plugins -> Add New -> Commercial, to de-link the existing/old site key.

Next, please generate a new site key at the Toolset account dashboard, making sure to use the same address that is set in the website's "Site Address" field.
( at WP Admin -> Settings -> General )

After that, you can register this new key again at WP Admin -> Plugins -> Add New -> Commercial.
