I currently have two emails that get sent to a user when they submit a form an email notification to confirm their email, and an email once the email has been confirmed.

I want to send a different email before the confirmation email is sent. For example, I want to tell the user that they need to first pay for a membership before their post is submitted to the site once I have confirmed they have paid for the membership I would approve the post from pending and they would get the confirmation email.

I'm just not sure how to set up that email I'm not familiar with the shortcodes for it can I be assisted? I can provide the body of the email and please add the proper shortcodes to it.

I would like to request Shane handle this support ticket.

Thanks

Dmiry

Hi Dmiry

Thanks for getting in touch.

Can you let me know if you're using our Toolset forms plugin for the user's to submit their membership requests?

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Shane I'm using the post forms feature on toolset for the forms and the membership I'm just using a third party tables plugin and created a membership page I don't use woocommerce anymore cause it was too complicated.

Instead when the user submits the form they are redirected to this page
hidden link and once I confirm they chose a membership I would then approve their post and they would get a confirmation email but before that they would need to get a follow email that they need to choose a membership in order for their contest to be live on the site.

So they fill out the form on the front end then they get sent to this page hidden link they get a follow up email to confirm and then I publish the post and they then get a confirmation email.

I'm aware you can send different types of notifications but I'm not familiar with the shortcodes and features for that as before my dev setup the emails.

Here is the structure of the email I want to send.

Dear (username)
In order to publish you contest on Get Onlline Votes you will need to choose an upgraded listing which can be found at the link below.

Kind regards
Get Online Votes

I attached a screenshot so I want to add this email notification before the last two Emails are triggered in the screenshot.

Hi Dmitry,

Our forms has a notification feature that you can make use of when the user submits the form.

Here is our documentation on this below.

Please let me know if this helps.
Thanks,
Shane
