[Resolved] Gutenberg Yay

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:

I am just wondering, with Gutenberg around the corner, what the plan is for Toolset?

Do you know yet, if you will be sticking with Metaboxes underneath the primary gutenberg editor, or whether you will be converting your Types custom fields into Blocks, and using Gutenberg Block Templates attached to Post Types, as opposed to field groups?

Solution:

Toolset is fully integrated with the Gutenberg. Take a look at Toolset’s Blocks Library to learn more about each block.

For most of my sites I will be turning off Gutenberg at the beginning, simply because most of the users are using WordPress as a CMS and storing information in the post meta. More important to me are things like relationships.

Having said that, soon enough there will be no option to go the Gutenberg way.

Presently, Toolset Types, ACF, CMB2 metaboxes all look absolutely terrible under the Gutenberg editor.

Hello,

Thanks for contacting Toolset support, Minesh isn't available currently.

Yes, we will try to make Toolset working with Gutenberg, and we just released a document about "How Toolset plugins work with Gutenberg":
