Tell us what you are trying to do?
I'm trying to add a Map onto a page in Gutenberg and/or Elementor. I don't see the Gutenberg block for the Toolset Map, even though I've successfully added the Google API key.

Is there any documentation that you are following?

Hello and thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

From the screenshot, I would say that you did not activate the "Toolset Blocks" or "Toolset Views" plugins. Can you please paste your Toolset Debug information in the Debug information field?

If that's the case go to Plugins->Add New->Commercial(tab) and install Toolset Blocks in one click.
