I am trying to ensure that any guests that have the url to pages that are for logged in users only ( i have added these pages to the post group in access control) see the login page instead. I have unticked the box in guest and click on the pen and selected ranger login form, when i click on review error for rangers i can see the form template but not the login form itself.
Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.
Can you please share problem URL and admin access detail and what page/post you want to restrict from the guest. Please share all those required details and I would be happy to review and check what's going wrong with your setup.

I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.
I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
Thank you for sharing admin access details but can you please deactivate two factor authentication as after login it asked me to submit verification code.

Hi, Just wondering if you have managed to login ok? I also tried cloning the ranger-directory page to see if the clone would show the login form in an incognito window and it does. This suggest that the other pages are not configured but I cant see where the error is. Thank you.
in reply to this message 'I checked with our systems team and they able to find the issue and fix it. Can you please try now and check if you able to register the site.' This issue is still not fixed, I still do not have access to the content as a logged out guest, I should be seeing the login form page
You can ignore it as it was wrongly posted by mistake.
With the access details you shared, I still can not login. When I try to login using the access details you shared and submit it I can see the following error:
An error was encountered while trying to authenticate. Please try again.
Can you please share the working admin access details.

I checked and I'm not sure why the content template does not rendered.
We can not debug on the live/production site but I will require staging/test site or duplicaor copy of your site where I can enable/disable plugins/themes and run few tests.

Can you please setup a staging/test site and send me access details to it.

Morning, please can you take a look at this now? The time difference does limit our communication to 2pm
Uk time. Thank you. You should have the staging site log in now
It seems I found the culprit. When I deactivate the "Admin Menu Editor" plugin I can see the login page.
Can you please try to deactivate the "Admin Menu Editor" plugin for a moment on your live site and check if you able to see the login page with your ranger pages.
