Tell us what you are trying to do? When I add a grid module in a content template with two or more columns the first column grid cell is always oriented higher, at the top the container. The proceeding column cells are offset with what seems to be one row lower than the first.
Also, I can not adjust column widths. They appear to be locked in place. I can locate the gray border but can not move the sizing bar.
I am using the GeneratePress theme.
Is there any documentation that you are following? Standard toolset tutorials.
Is there a similar example that we can see? Site is not live as I'm stuck on the content template.
What is the link to your site? Uploaded screenshot.
Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.
Can you please make sure that you are using latest Toolset plugins. If yes:
I will require problem URL where you added the grid block as well as access details.
*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.
I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
Thanks for getting back to me. I was attempting some self-help. I've trashed templates and started over a couple of times. I changed themes three times. I've updated all plug-ins. I've cleared all caches. I closed everything down and went back today and the grid cells were lined up as designed but I still could not resize a cell. I deleted the grid and added a new grid and that is afflicted with the same offset problem. I'll leave it be so you can look at it.

Toolset is giving me fits on both the backend and front end and I'm starting to explore other options for what should be a simple, utilitarian, no bells and whistles directory.
Minesh, it appears you don't have a problem with the grid cells being aligned. I still do, see screen recording link below. What browser are you using? I am using Chrome on a late 2013 iMac.
Also, I'm trying to alter the column width by moving the slider with my mouse in attempt to get the first name and last name fields to have less white space between. The column width is frozen. Should I be choosing a different grid structure? I've tried it with 4, 3 & 2 equal columns and can not adjust column width. As you noted, the column gap setting sliders seem to be working fine.
On a local test site I was able to reproduce the problem, but only when activating the Gutenberg plugin.
If you disable the plugin you should find that the alignment problem disappears.
Likewise dragging the column widths.
The Gutenberg plugin is used for testing experimental blocks features before they are adopted in WordPress core and is subject to significant change, so we don't support it.
When WordPress itself updates we test our plugins beforehand and so if this issue were to arise with some future WordPress update we'll handle it then.
