Solution:
This issue is fixed with Types version 2.2.23.

So we purchased Toolset last week and our admin installed it to our WordPress account for us. When I went to access the plug ins I am seeing the below message:

When I click the ‘’Purchase a subscription or enter an existing site key’’ button it brings me to the below screen:

I then click to ‘’Revalidate subscription’’ and the error message stays the same after loading.
I then went to the ‘’Update Plugin’’ page and it allowed me to update ‘’Toolset types’’ but will not let me update layouts and views:

Well - could you please try to follow the following steps:
I would suggest the following:
- unregister the site key from your Toolset account
- Create a new site key from your account for your site
- Try to register the site key again.
