For more detail
The error happens when the non-login user goes to the home page, and I set the error page to content template(tem.jpg).

Then I realize it because of the Announcement view(ann.jpg) cause the issue,

Once I remove the view the error is gone.

Hi, can you provide some additional information?
- Please temporarily deactivate all plugins except Toolset, then activate a default theme like Twenty Nineteen.
- Update to the latest version of all Toolset plugins.
- Test again. If the problem is resolved, reactivate your theme and other plugins one by one until the error returns.
- If the problem was not resolved, edit the Announcements and News View and take some screenshots in wp-admin so I can see the View editor screen.
- Please copy all the code from the Loop Output editor and any templates used in the View, and paste the code in your next reply.

I'll review everything and try to provide some feedback.
