The error 'Site key not matching subscription' suggests that the site key that you're trying to use with the website, was generated for a different website's base URL.
Please go to the Toolset site keys management page ( https://toolset.com/account/sites/ ) and delete the existing site key.
Next, generate a new site key, making sure to use the same address that is set in the website's "Site Address" field.
( at WP Admin -> Settings -> General )
After that, you can go to WP Admin -> Plugins -> Add New -> Commercial and register the Toolset with this newly generated site key.
