Getting 500 Internal Server Error on Specific Post Type

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hey guys,

I've created a custom post type call Apps. For some reason with the slug set to apps or app I get a 500 Internal Sever Error when trying to view a single App. However, if I change the custom post type slug to something else like /random it works...any idea why this might be happening and how to fix it?
