Problem:
We have 2 parts in our site WP site using Toolset and GIS Cloud Map. Our requirement is to display details which we saved in Toolset custom post types on a php page depends on name that passing from map.
Solution:
You can get data stored in Types fields using our Types field API:

Other than that, this falls into pure Custom coding & custom development and it is out of support policy (https://toolset.com/toolset-support-policy/).
