I have a genealogy website (history.frame3d.info) and one of my Custom Post Types are "Persons".
Now I want to connect parents to the persons. I used the non flat hierarchy , but there I can only have one parent right?
But I do not only have to have a mother, but also a father to connect the child to.

So i looked at the multi to mulit relationship - but there I can only use persons on one side - not the other . (see screenshot)
So what is the best way to use my current "persons" with links to their parents - in order to show the family tree for generations?

We have discussed this inside the team and we find it very difficult to build this with Toolset. Maybe Toolset is not a good fit for this use case until we get self-joins implemented. I said yesterday, no less than 6 months, but it may take longer, we may see this next year.
Our apologies for the inconvenience.
