This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hello,

Thanks for the details, I can log into your website.
I assume we are talking about the page :
hidden link

and the shortcode in above page content:

[wpv-post-title][wpv-post-body view_template="None"][wpv-view name="gallery-view"]

In content of above page, there are some static text, for example:

Grid Gallery
Click the images for a full view with our Lightbox feature

Those static text can not display in front-end too, with or without Toolset Views shortcodes, so there might be some other plugin in your website, please check these:
1) deactivate all other plugins, and switch to wordpress default theme 2019, deactivate all custom PHP/JS code snippets, and test again
2) If the problem is fixed, activate other plugins/theme one by one, try to locate the problem plugin.
