[Resolved] front-end form editor – two fields cannot share same row, side-by-side

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem: I am unable to position elements side-by-side in the form builder. I cannot get column-based layouts to work correctly.

Solution: Activate Bootstrap 3 or Bootstrap 4 in Toolset > Settings > General to load the positioning requirements for column-based layouts in the Form builder.

I am trying to: create my front end form.

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: It's not public yet - I'm still working in the form.

I expected to see: In watching the video to learn how to edit front end submission forms (minute: 3:34) it shows the ability to drag some fields so they can go side-by-side with other fields. In my form editor, I can drag and drop between lines, but I cannot drag one field to be next to another one.

Instead, I got: no change - no fields will go side-by-side to another field.

Hello, if you enable Bootstrap 4 in Toolset > Settings > General, are you able to position the fields side-by-side as expected?
