Front end content missing

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

We recently found that front end content which was made using WP bakery and toolset. we tried disabling WP bakery but it was not causing the issue, once the tootset and views plugins disabled the site work fine.

can you please help us here.

We may have found the issue. there is content template for pages but it does not show up on dashboard. We have WPML installed and we had multiple languages setup. we think we created content template in a language and then that language removed from website. And now that the original language is not there, content template is not showing.

can you please login to the site and see whats happening?

Hello and thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Please take a database backup, then go to WPML->Support->Troubleshooting, and execute the action to "Set language information", this will make sure all the content is assigned to a language, then check if the content template appears on Toolset->Content templates. You will need to check the affected page and see if the content template is available on the dropdown.
