Hello,

As the error message you mentioned above:

PHP allow_url_fopen must be enabled for the Framework Installer plug-in to work. Please enable this option in php.ini. If you don't know how to activate it, contact your web hosting company.

The PHP Configuration "allow_url_fopen" is required for download the demo sites from Toolset server to your own webserver, you can check it with your webserver provider for it.
