Forms notification emails not being received

This support ticket is created 2 years, 9 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

My toolset form notification emails are not being received (or sent, i dont know).
I've tried deactivating my SMTP plugin but that doesnt fix it.

Can you please help me?

Hello,

Which SMTP plugin are you using?
I have seen related report about "WP SMTP Mail", if you are using the same plugin, please try to replace it with Post SMTP plugin, and test again. You can download it here:

Hello

Im sending email via YaySMTP for Amazon SES
Emails have to go trough SES.

Other plugins don't have the functionality with the SES credentials

Toolset Forms plugin is using WordPress built-in function wp_mail to send the emails:
https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/wp_mail/

I suggest you check these:
1) Install some other email log plugin, for example:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-logging/
Test again, send the email with Toolset forms, check if the email was sent
2) Check the emails in your email spam box
