[Resolved] Forms are sending notifications when they shouldn't be

This support ticket is created 6 years, 2 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I currently have Toolset Forms 2.1.1.1 installed but was having the same issue with 2.1.1

When editing a post of a custom post type using a Toolset Form that has no email notifications set up, it seems to be using the notifications for the form that's used for adding new content.

I've verified that the form I'm linking to is the correct form for editing.

I added a notification and it was sent as expected but the notifications from the other form for adding new content were also sent.

Hello,

The problem you mentioned above is abnormal, please try these:

1) In case it is a compatibility problem, please deactivate other plugins, and switch to wordpress default theme 2017, and test again

2) If the problem still persists, please provide database dump file(ZIP file) of your website, also point out the problem page URL and view URL, I need to test and debug it in my localhost, thanks
