Hi there,

Using the example of your hidden link
Is it possible to add a contact form in the Gym ?
The goal is the user can choose the Gym, and send a contact form , and that Gym(Specific User) will receive that contact form through email.

Yes, you can use the Toolset Forms plugin to include a contact form.

First, you can register a new custom post type "Contact Requests" and add the relevant custom fields to this post type, to collect the desired information in these contact requests.

Next, you can create a new post form, to create a new "Contact Requests" post, as explained in this guide:

As a result, whenever a contact request form will be submitted, a post in this post type will be created and the relevant email notification will be sent to the specific user.

I'm sorry

I have created a Custom Form with custom field for Personal Trainer.
Already test a page for a List of Personal Trainer and shows the dynamic field that i put in the page. The problem is the Post Page(Personal Trainer of the user, the Page don't show nothing, just the Name.

I didnt have created the Content Template for Personal Trainers.

Is it possible to costumize with elementor ? instead of using Tool Blocks?

Our main documentation and lessons are focused on the usage of default blocks-based WordPress editor Gutenberg, but you can use a third-party builder like Elementor for content templates too.
