Thanks for the details, the FTP access is valid, I am trying to get the PHP debug logs in your website, will feedback if there is anything found

The problem only exists in your website, I have exported your website settings to discover-wp.com, which is using SSL
hidden link
user/pass: xgren/111111

And it works fine, I can edit the CRED form cell, and it is saved correctly.

So it should be a server problem, which I can not duplicate and according to our support policy, we can not help much on this:
https://toolset.com/toolset-support-policy/

You might consider to try it in another webserver.

Dear Luo Yang

I finally found something, I did a lot, I moved the website to another server, tested and tested. Always the same problem: not saving al changes. The strange thing is that I have now used another browser and it works. The problems are there when using google chrome. When I use firefox browser it works.
I wondered why?
I did another test on the website hidden link
An error is shown: Your webserver is not forcing the use of SSL.

I forced the website via the usual script in HTACCES....

This may well be the problem, maybe google chrome is more sensitive?

I have submitted the problem to the web host.
I will now close the ticket on the toolset website and would like to thank you for your help.

If you have any suggestion then these are of course welcome.

Greetings Pascal
